Refund Policy for Products Purchased Online

Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective.

Refund Policy for Products Purchased in Our Stores

We offer exchanges or store credits only. There are no cash refunds. Products can be returned to our store within 15 days when accompanied by a receipt. Products must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging. There are no returns or exchanges on opened personal products.

Refund Policy for Class Passes and Memberships

5, 10 and 20 class passes expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Class Passes and Memberships cannot be refunded or returned, exchanged or transferred between persons.

Refund Policy for Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates cannot be returned or surrendered for cash or transferred between persons.

Refund Policy for Workshops, Courses, Events, & Pre-Registered Courses

Payment is due within 48 hours to secure your place when you register for a course, workshop or event. You may cancel 48 hours before the beginning of the workshop, event or  course. You can choose a refund or an exchange. However, there is a 20 percent administration fee deducted. After 48 hours there is no refund available.

We will not refund or give credit for any missed sessions within a multiple session course or workshop. There is no refund or exchange for any missed classes.

Deposit for Teacher Training Programs

This deposit of $500.00 (not subject to HST) is non-refundable. This deposit is required to secure your spot.
